Premier Inn Gloucester - Quayside

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with shops, a cinema, and a famous cathedral all within a short walk. the staff were brilliant, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well, equipped. the hotel also offers free parking, which is a great bonus. the breakfast is standard but if you want a more memorable meal, there's a nearby restaurant that serves top, notch food. it's a great choice for a couple or family looking for a two, night getaway.

The air conditioning and shower pressure in some rooms could be improved.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the nearby shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety.

The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors at times. the heating in the room was difficult to control and was either too hot or too cold.

Great location, minutes away from the city center and historical sites. Easy access to public transportation. The environment was clean and well-maintained.

The room lacked soundproofing, allowing noise from neighboring rooms and the floor above to disturb our sleep. The overnight receptionist's attitude was poor and unhelpful.
